I have 14 days to go = 2 weeks
Ways to get there:
- Eat as little as possible (-300 daily)
- Use diet soda/ tea/ coffee as a substitute
- Drink as much water as possible (Min 1 Litre)
- Eat between 3pm-4pm (a 23 hour intermittent fast)
- Only eat fruit and/or veg
- Do a form of exercise daily (e.g. yoga, dance, walk, etc.)
- Get at least 8 hours of sleep a night
